AFTER-SALES POLICY (aka: Important stuff you should know 😉)

1. Damage on Arrival?
   If your package or product arrives looking like it had a rough journey, please send us:

   • A photo of the outer box

   • A photo of the shipping label

   • A photo of the product damage
     Depending on the damage, we’ll offer compensation. If it’s completely unusable, we’ll either send a replacement or give you a full refund. No drama.

2. About the Makeup
   Our models are made from TPE, and any facial makeup (if your model has a face!) is hand-applied. That means it can rub off during use — that’s not a defect, it’s just art being fragile.

3. Bones, But Not Superpowers
   Non-custom models come with a standard skeleton. Please don’t try to force extreme poses. If a real human couldn’t do it without crying — your model probably can’t either. Check the manual for safe positioning tips.

4. 7-Day Quality Check Window
   If there’s a quality issue, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We can’t process claims after that. No exceptions, no time machines.

5. Health & Hygiene Notice
   For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a genuine quality issue. In such cases, we’ll either send a replacement or offer partial compensation. Please make this clear to your customers!

6. Unauthorized Returns = No Bueno
   If you return the product without contacting us first — or if the item comes back in a used or unsellable condition — we won’t be able to offer any compensation. So please talk to us first. We’re nice, promise. 😇
