Shipping policy

Delivery destinations

We currently ship to 67 countries and regions. Select your delivery country in the store and enter your address at checkout to see the shipping options available for your order.

Shipping costs and free shipping

For supported destinations outside Latin America, standard free shipping is available from US$79.90. Paid standard and expedited options depend on the destination and the contents of your order.

For Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Peru, free shipping is available from US$199. The paid Latin America shipping rate is US$25.99. All thresholds are stated in US dollars; available rates and any currency conversion are shown at checkout.

Liquids, creams and product restrictions

Pigments, practice inks, anesthetic paste, repair and aftercare products, cleansers, transfer preparations and kits containing these items cannot be shipped to Colombia, Chile, Mexico, India or the Philippines. Other eligible products can still be ordered for these destinations. If your cart includes a restricted item, remove it to view available delivery options.

Orders containing products from different shipping groups may have combined shipping charges. Review the final shipping amount at checkout before paying.

Delivery estimates and tracking

For Latin America, estimated transit is 12–30 calendar days after dispatch, including weekends (approximately 8–22 business days). This applies to eligible products for each destination.

The estimated delivery window depends on the destination and shipping method. Check the estimate shown for the selected option at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs processing and carrier delays can affect transit time.

After dispatch, use the tracking details in your shipment notification to follow the parcel. If you need help with an order, contact ryan@attotattoo.com and include your order number.
